Great Design
A small, amplified loudspeaker system with optimum mobility, the Electro-Voice ZxA1-90 is ideal for mobile sound reinforcement applications. The EV8L is a low distortion, high output 203mm (8-inch) woofer that is used in the zxa1 90b 120v speaker. The woofer is connected to a titanium diaphragm real compression driver, the DH2005.
The compression driver is connected to a 90° x 50° rotatable waveguide, which provides superb pattern control and a smooth response to 20kHz. An inbuilt 800W bi-amp module powers the ZxA1-90 speakers. The amplifier features an XLR line level output, a hybrid XLR/TRS line level input, and a dedicated XLR micro input for daisy chaining several ZxA1-90 units or adding a ZxA1-SUB.
